If so, then we would love to hear from you. As a Supplier Risk Manager, you will be a member of Supplier Management office and support RBC’s Wealth Management (WM) platform. In this role, you will execute supplier management activities, supporting the delivery of our Third-Party Risk (TPR) governance requirements. Key activities include supporting the WM Third-Party portfolio (including Non Supplier Third Party) to maintain sustained compliance, assisting with third-party incident response coordination, and facilitating SOC reviews and comprehensive risk assessments. Additionally, supplier performance monitoring and reporting support, as well as supporting various change and acquisition integration initiatives is required. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and risk classification methodologies while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance transparency and accountability. You'll work with experienced leadership and have clear visibility into how your work supports enterprise risk oversight. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented risk professional with strong analytical capabilities, commitment to governance discipline, and the ability to coordinate complex workflows. Your organizational skills, communication abilities, and dedication to quality will be essential as you support the governance function and contribute to operational excellence across WM. What will you do? Third-Party Assessments & Governance
- Support supplier governance and oversight activities throughout the Third-Party life cycle to ensure risks associated with the arrangements and services are fully assessed and documented in the supplier risk system.
- Provide support for Third-Party and Non Supplier Third Party due diligence and incident management, considering regulatory and business objectives.
- Perform Third-Party SOC reviews including gap analysis, remediation tracking, and audit evidence maintenance.
- Maintain governance decision tracking and escalation documentation to support audit readiness Incident Management & Outreach
- Support Third-Party incidents, including outreach to the stakeholders, remediation coordination, and resolution tracking
- Coordinate escalation and maintain incident documentation and closure evidence Change Management and Process Improvement
- Support change management activities to facilitate the rollout of enterprise policies, standards, processes, and tools updates.
- Identify and support improvements across the Third-Party arrangement portfolio and incident response processes.
- Support continuous improvement in governance frameworks and operational processes Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate across global WM and other RBC Business Platforms, including procurement, supplier management offices and centers of governance.
- Collaborate with the 2nd Line of Defense in addressing requests related to Third-Party supplier requirements from regulators
- Prepare ad hoc and scheduled Third
- Party Risk reporting, reports on incident trends, review status, and compliance metrics as requested.

Education:
Business Administration degree or equivalent field

Experience:
3+ years in Supplier/Third-Party Risk, and/or Operational Risk
- Risk Knowledge: Understanding of third-party risk governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and risk classification methodologies
- Governance Discipline: Understanding of governance decision-making, audit requirements, and documentation standards
- Analytical
Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities; ability to assess materiality and apply methodology and governance criteria
- Communication: Ability to influence without authority, strong presentation and written skills to various audiences
- Organizational
Skills:
Advanced organizational and process discipline skills; ability to maintain governance quality standards and audit evidence
- Technical
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Nice-to-have:
- Project and/or Change Management, Risk Certification and/or PMP certification an asset
- Prior experience within supplier management or risk management
- Understanding of third-party risk management policy, standards, methodologies, and audit requirements
- Ability to review third-party contracts and agreements
- Hands-on experience with third-party risk platforms (Archer SRMA, iValua, or similar
