Responsibilities / Qualifications

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Operations to lead operational excellence across our product organization. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for building scalable processes, driving efficiency, and enabling predictable execution across Intrado’s portfolio. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market teams to ensure our solutions deliver maximum value to customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Strategy & Governance

- Define and implement frameworks for product planning, execution, and performance measurement.

- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor product health, delivery timelines, and resource utilization.

- Process Optimization

- Drive continuous improvement in our Product Lifecycle Management process, including our New Product Introduction (NPI), release management, and go‑to‑market readiness.

- Standardize workflows across Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.

- Cross‑Functional Leadership

- Partner with Product Line Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to align operational priorities with strategic goals.

- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and roadmap alignment sessions.

- Data & Insights

- Develop and maintain systems for portfolio analytics, forecasting, and investment planning.

- Integrate customer feedback and market intelligence into operational decision making.

- Team Development

- Build and mentor a high‑performing Product Operations team focused on scalability and innovation.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required
- Masters/ Advanced degree in the same discipline is preferred
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related leadership roles within SaaS or technology organizations.
- Proven ability to implement operational frameworks that improve efficiency and accelerate product delivery.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with expertise in portfolio management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in public safety, emergency response, or mission‑critical systems is a plus.

The starting salary is anticipated between $225,000 and $250,000 and will be commensurate with experience. This position is also eligible for an annual leadership bonus.
