As a Reliability Engineer, you will report to the Planning & Reliability Supervisor and play a vital role in maintaining equipment performance. Your analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and condition monitoring will directly influence production goals. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with the ability to lead improvement initiatives and engage with both maintenance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct reliability analyses and recommend corrective actions
• Create detailed reports on equipment performance
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance equipment reliability
• Monitor labor and material costs related to maintenance
• Support training for junior reliability engineers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Extensive experience with mining equipment
• Proven leadership capabilities in technical environments
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
