As our organization continues to evolve, we are seeking a skilled and adaptable Project Manager – Energy & Digital Infrastructure with experience or strong familiarity in mission‑critical, high‑availability environments, including telecom and data center infrastructure.
The Role
The Project Manager – Energy & Digital Infrastructure is responsible for leading the development, execution, and delivery of ROHL’s portfolio of small‑to‑mid‑scale energy and digital infrastructure projects, including data centers, AI and edge‑computing facilities, telecom‑adjacent infrastructure, solar, energy storage, and energy efficiency initiatives.
This role spans early‑stage development through construction and commissioning, ensuring projects advance efficiently from concept to completion. The Project Manager will work closely with utilities, First Nations partners, engineering consultants, internal technical teams, and construction contractors, while navigating the unique demands of mission‑critical environments, evolving scopes, regulatory requirements, and fast‑moving market conditions.
Candidates with experience delivering Telecom Central Offices, AI Data Centers, or edge‑computing facilities—particularly where power reliability, redundancy, cooling, and uptime are critical—will be strongly preferred.
