As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our airport-based restaurant staff. From onboarding to benefits enrollment, you’ll ensure processes run smoothly while maintaining compliance with company policies. You’ll assist in recruitment efforts, provide guidance to employees, and help create a positive and engaging workplace.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee onboarding, payroll administration, and benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews, application processing, and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Address HR-related inquiries, resolving issues with payroll, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Support training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance workshops.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, airport regulations, and company policies.
- Familiarizewith the collective bargaining agreementlanguages and ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally in hospitality, food service, or the airport industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment laws; U.S. expertise is a plus.
- Proven ability to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in a digital/physical work environment.
