Canada Golf Sales Manager, Irrigation

• Gérer le territoire assigné pour atteindre les objectifs du plan de vente de l'année fiscale en termes de chiffre d'affaires (ventes brutes et nettes de Golf Whole Goods), de rentabilité et de cibles de catégorie connexes (par exemple, NSN parts, Controller Repair, programmes de vente).
• Développer les affaires par des efforts personnels et par la coordination avec les partenaires distributeurs de Toro, le personnel et les ressources de support.
• Travailler au sein d'équipes transversales chez Toro, y compris le service sur le terrain, NSN, l'équipement commercial, les comptes d'entreprise, Toro Res/Com et les fournisseurs alliés.
• Coordonner avec les directeurs régionaux des ventes et le Sales Director pour exécuter des plans visant à influencer les prescripteurs de golf régionaux, y compris les principaux superintendants de terrains de golf et les assistants-superintendants, afin que Toro devienne leur produit de choix.
• Soutenir les efforts pour fournir des informations sur les produits Toro aux prescripteurs. Cela inclut la formation sur les produits, la création de relations, des événements de création de relations ciblés, des documents et du matériel de référence ciblés pour les prescripteurs.
• Identifier et coordonner les efforts sur les principaux projets de rénovation et de nouveaux terrains de golf pour le territoire chaque année fiscale.
• Développer des plans de compte pour tous les projets clés dans le territoire assigné, y compris les projets en dehors de l'année fiscale en cours et assurer les actions nécessaires pour sécuriser le business pour Toro, telles que les visites sur site, les présentations, les mémos de salons professionnels et les formations. Créer et mettre en œuvre un plan de cible de contact.
• Voyager avec et développer le personnel de vente des distributeurs.
• Être une ressource pour les distributeurs et le personnel de ventes sur le terrain.
• Faire des présentations de haut niveau aux superintendants, directeurs généraux, comités de greens et membres afin d'aider à sécuriser les projets.
• Communiquer et collaborer avec l'équipe de Marketing de Toro Golf et l'équipe de Product Management de golf de Toro. Aider à diffuser notre message marketing global et notre narrative aux influenceurs/prescripteurs et aux principaux superintendants.
• Coordonner le processus de planification des distributeurs, ce qui comprend le développement d'objectifs clés, de stratégies et de plans d'action pour augmenter la part de marché de Toro dans la région respective.
• Évaluer et rendre compte du marché régional, des segments de marché, des catégories de produits, des stratégies concurrentielles et des exigences des clients en temps opportun ou selon les besoins.
• Gérer notre base de données SalesForce pour le territoire assigné afin de fournir une direction stratégique et tactique pour les ventes, le marketing, la planification de la production et en soutien au développement de nouveaux produits. Fournir des prévisions régulières des ventes de golf des distributeurs. Dimensions du poste : Diriger les efforts pour stimuler la croissance rentable, la part de marché et la satisfaction des clients. Assurer une relation étroite avec les principaux influenceurs/prescripteurs, la gestion des distributeurs et les partenaires stratégiques. Développer une communication solide avec tout le personnel approprié chez Toro, y compris les autres directeurs des ventes et le personnel marketing. Être conscient et informer la direction des informations sur le marché en soutien à nos processus de développement de nouveaux produits et de stratégie concurrentielle. Que devez-vous avoir ? Pour être considéré pour ce rôle, un individu doit répondre aux exigences minimales suivantes :
• Le candidat retenu aura au minimum un diplôme d'études secondaires et un baccalauréat en commerce, ventes, marketing, agronomie ou domaine connexe (ou équivalent canadien).
• Nous exigeons un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en vente technique. Une expérience dans l'industrie de l'irrigation ou une industrie similaire est fortement souhaitable. le poste nécessite la maîtrise de la langue anglaise
• Une formation en irrigation, en gazon/turf, en agronomie ou en conception paysagère est un plus. Le candidat doit avoir un historique prouvé de compétences exceptionnelles en leadership et en travail d'équipe.
• Le candidat doit posséder de solides compétences en négociation et une capacité démontrée à influencer/former des groupes de clients et à faire des présentations dynamiques.
• Les fonctions de ce poste nécessiteront occasionnellement de travailler à l'extérieur et dans des conditions météorologiques défavorables. Ce poste nécessite des déplacements et voyages avec nuitées. Déplacements jusque 70 % du temps. #LI-Remote Que pouvons-nous vous offrir ? Une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette de rémunération annuelle est comprise entre 110 000 et 158 000 CAD. Il y a également une éligibilité à un bonus annuel et à un programme d'allocation automobile.
