Seize the opportunity as an Occupational Health Assistant at Canadian Natural's Horizon Oil Sands in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role requires a proactive approach to support healthcare operations effectively.
Working closely with the Occupational Health Services Group, you’ll play a key role in administering support to healthcare professionals. Key tasks include document management, preparing reports, and assisting with clinic logistics. This position requires both independent work and teamwork in a fast-paced, temporary setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Occupational Health Services Group with administrative tasks
• Manage and link medical documents confidentially in the system
• Provide temporary coverage for the Clinic Coordinator
• Prepare and maintain monthly health statistical reports
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and respond to requests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory
• Experience in office administration (2-5 years)
• Training in medical terminology is an asset
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Utilize your organizational skills and contribute to healthcare in a thriving setting.
