Position: Permanent, Full-time

What you’ll do

As a counsellor, you will provide short-term counselling (3 to 6 sessions) to a diverse clientele via in-person, phone, or video sessions. You will support clients with various issues, grow professionally, and develop your skills with the support of supervisors and colleagues in a collaborative environment.

How you will make an impact

- Provide short-term counselling to clients in various formats.
- Manage case documentation using clinical templates.

What you bring

- Master's or doctoral degree in mental health or human relations.
- Member in good standing of your professional order in Quebec.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
- Ability to set short-term objectives and use a solution-focused approach.
- Empathy and capability to manage high-risk cases.
- Excellent time-management skills for a high volume of clients.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Proficiency in French; bilingualism is an asset.
