What you will be doing

- Coordinate and support of reviewing and preparing briefs for pursuits
- Assist with preparing capture plans
- Regularly update and maintain the company’s sales pipeline within Salesforce
- Organize and coordinate various collateral and sales materials for the BD department
- Regularly maintain and update BD department sharepoint site
- Assist with proactive scanning of bid notifications and early procurement notices
- Maintain and coordinate updates to the company’s key client accounts
- Support with various client meetings and industry events in person or virtual
- Coordinate teaming due diligence requirements
- Work closely with the BD Team to coordinate partnering meetings
- Provide assistance and due diligence support to the bid and contracts team as required
- Perform all other related tasks that will help grow the business development team
- Provide active documentation assistance
- Track webinars, industry event
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums

What we are looking for

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other related discipline is an asset although not mandatory
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/engineering/construction, professional services, or procurement-heavy environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French will be considered an asset),
- Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- A keen interest in infrastructure projects
- Proficient with MS Suite of Tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
- Understanding of business A.I. Tools and other design software tools including InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Availability to travel occasionally as required
