Qualifications: Ability to work on short notice and accommodate flexible hours Capable of working alone with minimal supervision, especially in the eveningPhysically able of performing all required duties, including but not limited to; lifting, bending, climbing ladders, moving furniture, operating equipment, and snow shoveling Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.Willingness to perform tasks and remain flexible in the performance of duties.
