Our client is looking for a Technology Project Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up on weekly tasks list prepared by the PM in line with the project plan.
2. Set-up project meetings by liaising with key resources and record meeting minutes.
3. Assist the PM in coordinating project activities and resources.
4. Assist in maintaining project documentation and reports.
5. Use project management tools and/or Excel to monitor working hours, budget, plans and resources.
6. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and all other teams.
7. Responsively and effectively identify issues and report them to the PM.

What you have:

1. Minimum 3 years of successfully coordinating or managing IT projects.
2. Recognized degree or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science or MIS.
3. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Experience in updating project plans, risk assessments, contingency planning, tracking and management of project progress, and tracking issues.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
6. Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn applications quickly.
7. Highly organized, detail oriented and driven to succeed.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

1. Experience working in SaaS implementation projects.
2. Experience working for public or non-profit agencies is an asset.
