Overview

Position Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives align with business goals.

Location: Within GTA, Canada

Status: Full-Time OR Contract

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques; report on milestones and deliverables.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using standard change management processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on status, challenges, and outcomes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for management on performance, lessons learned, and process improvements.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum [3–5+] years of project management experience, preferably in [industry or domain].
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet).

Nice to Have:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred
