## For additional information, please review .We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst with a strong focus on Spring Boot to lead the design, development, and implementation of new and revised application systems. This role requires deep expertise in Spring Boot, along with a solid foundation in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate. You will leverage your Spring Boot skills to build robust, scalable, and maintainable applications, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and drive innovation within our technology landscape.**Responsibilities:*** Design, develop, and implement application systems using Spring Boot, leveraging its features for rapid development and deployment.* Partner with management teams to integrate Spring Boot applications into existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.* Resolve high-impact problems and lead complex projects, applying your Spring Boot expertise to develop effective solutions.* Provide technical leadership in Spring Boot development, guiding other engineers on best practices and promoting efficient development strategies.* Develop and maintain coding standards, testing procedures, and debugging techniques specifically for Spring Boot applications.* Contribute to the overall architecture, ensuring that Spring Boot solutions align with business goals and integrate effectively with other technologies.* Provide in-depth analysis and apply interpretive thinking to define technical issues and develop innovative solutions using Spring Boot.* Mentor mid-level developers and analysts on Spring Boot best practices and provide technical guidance.* Design and architect solutions using the latest advancements in Spring Boot and related technologies, including containerization platforms like ECS, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.* Optimize Spring Boot applications for performance and stability, addressing issues related to scalability, security, and maintainability.* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in Spring Boot applications, demonstrating expertise in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.* Apply test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to ensure high-quality code and robust application functionality within the Spring Boot framework.* Ensure the security of Spring Boot applications by implementing appropriate authentication, authorization, and security measures.* Appropriately assess risk when making technical decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.* Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to company policies and demonstrating sound ethical judgment.**Qualifications:*** 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate development, with a significant emphasis on Spring Boot.* Deep expertise in Spring Boot, including experience with Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and other related Spring projects.* Expertise in designing, developing, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deploying Spring Boot applications.* Good understanding of containerization technologies (ECS, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and their integration with Spring Boot.* Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum methodologies.* Expertise in designing and optimizing software solutions for performance and stability.* Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.* Expertise in test-driven development (TDD).* Expertise in authentication, authorization, and security best practices.* 6+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.* Extensive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.* Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.* Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Spring Boot and related technologies.* Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Expertise in Elastic Search, NoSQL databases, and caching solutions.**Education:*** Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.------------------------------------------------------**Job Family Group:**Technology------------------------------------------------------**Job Family:**Applications Development------------------------------------------------------**Time Type:**Full time------------------------------------------------------**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$120,800.00 -
