We are hiring for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager at our location in Hanna, AB.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall operations of the pharmacy

- Lead a team

- Check prescriptions for proper dosage

- Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products

- Dispense prescribed pharmaceutical products

- Advise on the administration, uses, and effects of medications

- Knowledge of drug incompatibilities and contra-indications

- Maintain medication profiles of customers

- Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products

- Advise customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medications

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations

- Provide an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring

- 2 years minimum of Pharmacy experience as a pharmacist who is registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacy in good standing

- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational and self‑direction skills

- Comfortable working during peak pharmacy hours (i.e. mornings, daytime, and weekends)

- Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills

- Injection certification is an asset

- Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
