AMK Global is hiring an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in upscale fine-dining to lead an award-winning dining destination in Burlington, known for premium steaks, refined sushi, and a luxury raw bar with subtle Asian influences, all within a fast-paced open-kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

- Manage all BOH operations, including labor scheduling and productivity
- Ensure flawless execution of every dish in taste, temperature, and presentation
- Manage daily service in a high-volume, open kitchen
- Maintain excellence across premium steaks, sushi, seafood, raw bar offerings
- Partner with Executive Chef & General Manager on menu execution and seasonal menu
- Execute clean, modern plating with consistent presentation standards
- Control food costs through effective ordering, inventory, portioning, and waste control
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
- Ensure the kitchen remains inspection-ready and fully compliant with food safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of progressive culinary experience
- Previous experience as a Head Chef in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant
- Expertise in premium steaks, sushi/Asian-influenced cuisines.
- Strong knife skills with experience in precision butchery and seafood preparation.
- Proven leadership with hands-on experience in team development, food cost, inventory, and labor control.
- Calm, confident, and professional presence in an open-kitchen setting
