We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Engineering and Operations Specialist to contribute across several ongoing initiatives within a globally distributed IT team. This role demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support teams. The ideal candidate will drive solutions from concept through implementation while maintaining the performance, security, and availability standards expected in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure developed solutions align with enterprise standards for security, supportability, and performance.
2. Uphold high expectations of availability, performance, and user experience across supported platforms.
3. Provide Level-3 support to investigate and resolve escalated technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
4. Design, document, and maintain operational procedures, technical solutions, and best practices.
5. Deliver and disseminate knowledge across teams through documentation, demos, and collaborative sessions.
6. Drive innovation by contributing to automation, modernization, and self-service enablement across the infrastructure stack.

Required Skills:

1. Strong technical foundation in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11/Server 2019)
2. Hands-on experience with Windows Intune Modern Management
3. Proficiency in SCCM OSD orchestration and enterprise software deployment
4. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and diagnostics
5. Experience with cloud-based enterprise migrations, such as moving network drives to OneDrive for Business
6. Solid understanding of Windows Infrastructure technologies
7. Expertise in system-level troubleshooting (Event Logs, SysInternals tools, memory dumps)
8. Experience designing and delivering technical solutions to meet complex enterprise requirements
9. Ability to document technical processes in support documents, runbooks, and knowledge bases

Preferred/Desired Skills:

1. Experience with Modern Device Management tools like Intune, Autopilot, Windows 365
2. Familiarity with enterprise client/server hardware management (firmware, drivers, BIOS)
3. Understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical implementation
4. Exposure to infrastructure systems such as Jira and ServiceNow
