What You Will Do
- Provide executive-level business coordination and administrative support to the CEO and the C-suite.
- Possess the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy while providing timely and accurate delivery of executive support.
- Proactively prepare correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other materials necessary.
- Develop and write technical materials and correspondence as required for the organization.
- Assist with project management and coordination to ensure efficient and effective workflow and follow-up.
- Coordinate and facilitate meeting requests and events, ensuring meeting materials are provided to the senior executive member in preparation for the meeting.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and transportation.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Executive, managing access and prioritizing requests.
- Ensure deadlines for action and follow-up occur to ensure commitments are being met.
- Develop systems and processes to support an efficient and effective organization.
- Conduct research, perform analysis, and make recommendations for new approaches for continuous improvement.
- Liaise and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
Post-secondary business education, or related field plus a minimum of three years' recent, related experience in an executive support role with business project management. An equivalent combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.

- Ability to organize work, be accurate, set priorities, multi-task and work with minimal direction; ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Google/Microsoft suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as a team, or independently.
- Ability to be creative and innovative to respond to business needs.
- Possess business acumen and critical thinking skills and can anticipate future needs of the business.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship skills and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
