Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Inspirato Full time
Reporting to: Director, Marketing Technology

Location: Edmonton, Canada

This role will begin as a remote position in Edmonton, but will transition to a full-time, in-office role once our office is established. Remote work prior to solidifying our Edmonton office will need to be conducted from Alberta.

Inspirato is seeking a digitally fluent, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at the intersection of technology, content, and customer experience, ensuring our web presence is dynamic, engaging, and optimized.

As a key contributor to Inspirato's acquisition and retention strategies, you will play an integral role in executing our multi-channel, multi-brand digital engagement strategy. You'll work cross-functionally to manage and enhance web content, leverage marketing technology, and develop digital strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize web content across platforms such as Builder, Google Analytics, Heap, Umbraco, Unbounce, Webflow, and WordPress, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update website content, including copy and photography, under tight deadlines.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams, managing content requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining stakeholder expectations.
- Assist in inventory management by adding and maintaining new and existing properties on the website.
- Support content creation and editorial management for the Inspirato blog, contributing to engaging, high-quality storytelling.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure website content is accurate, optimized, and functioning as intended.

Experience & Qualifications

- Strong digital expertise with the ability to quickly learn and master new tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset for improving digital experiences.
- Exceptional organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling digital content.
- Ability to effectively present information and communicate across multiple departments and seniority levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently executing tasks with minimal direction.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for brand voice and storytelling.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative aspects of digital marketing—balancing website management with strategic content development. If you're looking to be part of a dynamic, high-growth team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, we'd love to hear from you
