Vice President of Marketing

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a high-impact marketing strategy that drives growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, finance, and legal. Your work will directly influence business performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results. Accountabilities

- Develop and implement innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers

- Lead overall marketing strategy and growth plans, prioritizing scalable initiatives that drive measurable business impact

- Partner with Finance to forecast, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI

- Manage omnichannel marketing efforts, constantly iterating and testing strategies for optimal performance

- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, extracting actionable insights

- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new opportunities

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience leading marketing functions, ideally in fintech, real estate, or mortgage sectors

- Proven track record in scaling businesses through effective marketing strategy and execution

- Experience managing $15M+ annual marketing budgets with strong ROI focus

- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to align departmental goals with organizational objectives

- Excellent analytical skills, including performance tracking, forecasting, reporting, and presentation of data to leadership

- Deep knowledge of homeowner acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics

- Skilled in marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation tools, analytics dashboards, and ad platforms

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present ideas and data compellingly

- Adaptability to fast-changing priorities and collaborative, remote-first work environments
