Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal Experience Researcher and Journey Manager, reporting to the Manager, Journey Management and Discovery Research within Autodesk's Growth Experience and Technology (GET) organization. Our team ensures a seamless customer experience across the entire customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional partners including marketing, sales, customer success, legal, engineering, product management, analytics, and user research to achieve shared success.

The role involves advocating for customers and users, applying human-centered design principles, and leveraging various research methods to improve experiences. The candidate will operate within a journey management framework, track experiences over time, facilitate reviews, and influence experience transformation, especially in a distributed organization model.

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain end-to-end journeys with insights and key metrics, initiating additional research as needed.

- Plan and execute discovery research throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Synthesize complex data from diverse sources, analyze insights for business impact, and measure outcomes at key journey moments.

- Map persona-based journeys, identifying critical moments and touchpoints in the user experience.

- Employ various research methods, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, and analytics.

- Present research findings clearly to diverse audiences, including executives.

- Collaborate within our Journey Management platform to connect insights with user journeys and strategic decisions.

- Facilitate workshops to translate insights into product improvements.

- Lead AI-assisted research efforts, integrating generative AI tools throughout the process.

- Share research findings within Autodesk to promote research as a strategic driver.

- Ensure research insights translate into industry-leading products and services.

- Monitor and measure research effectiveness against business impact.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine experience metrics and VOC.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience in creating validated journeys from diverse sources.

- Active maintenance and updates of journeys with latest insights and metrics.

- Facilitation of decision-making for experience improvements.

- Partnership with product and design teams to support execution and evaluation.

Responsabilités

- Créer et maintenir des parcours avec des données et indicateurs clés, en menant des recherches complémentaires si nécessaire.

- Planifier et réaliser des recherches exploratoires tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.

- Synthétiser et analyser des données pour évaluer l’impact commercial et mesurer les résultats.

- Cartographier des parcours basés sur des personas, en identifiant moments clés et points de contact.

- Utiliser une variété de méthodes de recherche, y compris études qualitatives et quantitatives.

- Présenter les résultats de manière claire à divers publics, y compris la direction.

- Collaborer dans la plateforme de gestion des parcours pour relier insights et recommandations stratégiques.

- Animer des ateliers pour transformer les insights en améliorations concrètes.

- Diriger la recherche assistée par IA, intégrant des outils d’IA générative.

- Partager et promouvoir les résultats de la recherche au sein d’Autodesk.

- Veiller à ce que la recherche influence le développement de produits innovants.

- Soutenir un modèle de mesure de l’impact commercial de la recherche.

- Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour affiner et suivre les indicateurs d’expérience et la voix du client.

Qualifications minimales
