Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to support the setup and operation of our machining equipment. This role is critical in ensuring that machined parts meet quality and design standards in a fast-paced production environment. Ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends required.

What You Will Be Doing

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:

- Set up and operate lathe machines to perform cutting, sanding, drilling, and finishing of parts and materials.
- Inspect finished products to verify conformity to specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools to assess part dimensions.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality output.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We/'re Looking For

When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:

- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Prior experience with CNC or manual lathe machines preferred.
- Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
