Job Summary

Airport Jobs is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our airline crew as Airline Stewardesses. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, safety, and providing exceptional in-flight experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and security of passengers while representing the airline with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet passengers and assist with seating arrangements.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and demonstrate emergency procedures.

- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during flights.

- Handle passenger inquiries and provide high-quality customer service throughout the journey.

- Manage special requests, including assistance for elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors.

- Monitor the cabin to ensure safety and comfort standards are maintained.

- Respond promptly and calmly to any emergencies or unexpected situations.

- Coordinate with the flight deck and ground staff for smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

- Professional appearance and grooming standards.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Experience

- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

- Freshers are welcome to apply with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

- Flight schedules vary and may include domestic and international routes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and first aid.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to diverse cultures and situations.

- Good physical health to meet job demands, including long hours on your feet.
