Hours: 35/week, Mon–Fri between 7am–5pm
Start: February 2026
Term: 9 months, possibility of extension
Join the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) as a Customer Service Representative and help support our mission of keeping Ontarians safe. This 9‑month term role begins February 2026 and offers a hybrid work model based out of our Cambridge office. This position requires the ability to communicate in French and English. Must have a good knowledge of English and French around the use of software packages, accounting principles and fundamentals and a proficiency in keyboard operation.
There will be a speaking French assessment.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls
• Process inspection requests and payments
• Update permits/notifications
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy
• Meet quality, efficiency, and adherence expectations
What You Bring:
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call centre an asset)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Experience processing payments
• SAP or Paymetrics experience is an asset
• French is an asset
