Bilingual (French) Temporary Customer Service Representative Location: Cambridge, ON (Hybrid) Hours: 35/week, Mon–Fri between 7am–5pm Start: February 2026 Term: 9 months, possibility of extension Join the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) as a Customer Service Representative and help support our mission of keeping Ontarians safe. This 9‑month term role begins February 2026 and offers a hybrid work model based out of our Cambridge office. This position requires the ability to communicate in French and English. Must have a good knowledge of English and French around the use of software packages, accounting principles and fundamentals and a proficiency in keyboard operation. There will be a speaking French assessment. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls Process inspection requests and payments Maintain confidentiality and accuracy Meet quality, efficiency, and adherence expectations What You Bring 1+ year of customer service experience (call centre an asset) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills SAP or Paymetrics experience is an asset French is an asset Why ESA Competitive compensation: $1,834.08 per week = $95,699.73 annually Work–life balance and EAP Hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 from home) To Apply **To apply: Please submit your application with a resume to the email provided** Accessibility accommodations are available upon request during the recruitment process.
