Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

- Regular social activities with the team
- Monthly clinical training on topics chosen by our team, facilitated by our Learning and Development team and/or external specialists. Examples of training topics offered this year include: Long COVID, traumatic brain injury, motivational interviewing in mental health.
- Networking with senior clinicians.
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients.
- Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up of clients.
- Excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment.
- Exhibit sound professional judgment.

What you need to be successful

- 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is an asset.
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Passion for your profession and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience with return to work and interdisciplinary care.
- Experience with chronic pain and concussion is an asset.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
