Overview

LTL Contracting is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and assisting in projects related to general construction.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in accomplishing project results by defining the project purpose and scope, allocating required project resources, establishing standards and protocols, scheduling and coordinating personnel and subcontractors, evaluating milestones, and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare proposals and qualification packages, estimates, and invoices.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules.
- Liaison with existing clients and developing new clients.
- Assist in finding, estimating, and winning potential projects.
- Participate in project management meetings and safety inspections.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to scheduling changes and occasional evening, or weekend work.
- Maintain a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high quality of work.
- Consistently maintain professionalism and objectivity while working with colleagues and clients who require varying degrees of support.
- Handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy to maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

- Experienced background in the construction industry is preferred.
- Valid Class G driver’s license.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
- Communication: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Your regular weekly schedule will be Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm subject to change as jobs require.
