About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will serve as a trusted strategic partner, providing financial stewardship and administrative leadership to ensure the organization's financial sustainability and operational effectiveness. This executive role is pivotal in supporting the academic and clinical mission, and the successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and overseeing various financial and administrative functions. Collaboration with physician leaders, the Board of Directors, and external advisors is essential, as is the ability to lead strategic initiatives that foster the growth and evolution of the practice. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should be collaborative, emotionally intelligent leaders with a strong background in senior financial management. A CPA, CA designation is preferred, and experience in healthcare, academic medicine, professional services, or physician practice environments is a significant asset. The role requires expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance, taxation, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing strategic financial advice while ensuring the excellence of day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
