Work directly with engineering to develop and improve assembly processes. Soldering of pc boards, wires and through holes according to specific procedures. Final inspection/detail of all products to ensure the integrity and quality before shipping to the customer. Use of inspection tools (gage kits, calipers, and height gages). Verifies conformance of finished work piece to customer needs according to planning and work order. Complies with company quality systems, including correctly completing all related documents. Uses planning software to prioritize work. Build/solder/crimp electro-mechanical devices E.g., circuit boards, wire harnesses, RF devices. Using kitted parts, assembles product according to specific procedures. Evaluate/repair calibration and gage kits per customer requirements. Assemble assorted gage and calibration kit boxes according to specific procedures/drawings and filling the kits with the specified product to complete the work order. Detail, label, validate pin depth and other requirements per procedures/drawings. Review customers returned calibration kits history, structure, issues that are not called out on procedures/drawings. Review mechanical/electrical testing of Bingo Sheets for all UC, AC, and CC calibrations before submitting them to Senior Engineer for approval. Check Calibration Reports for format and specifications, and make edits if necessary before sending them to customers.

Requirements:

- Able to read blueprints, work with small tools, including under a microscope.
- Knowledge and experience using measuring gauges (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
- Good manual dexterity to handle small parts.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three years of experience in an electronic testing environment.
- Minimum three years of experience in light mechanical assembly of small parts.
