The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes for advanced RF, optical, and microelectronic components, modules, and sub-systems.

This role requires a high level of expertise in process development, including experience with wafer level assembly, SMT + flip chip assembly, epoxy dispensing, high accuracy die bonding, semiconductor die and microelectronic components bonding and interconnection, packaging encapsulation, and optical active/passive alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in mechanical or photonics, and at least 12 years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering support role. They will also possess excellent project management skills, including experience with lean manufacturing principles and DFM/FMEA.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement new processes for advanced RF, optical, and microelectronic components, modules, and sub-systems
  2. Work directly with design and development teams to provide process engineering solutions
  3. Manage projects and timelines to meet customer milestones and deliverables
