Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Aesthetics to support our Aesthetics Business Unit, as part of our Commercial Operations Team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytics skills with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer/HCP Engagements. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance business performance.

In this role, you'll leverage advanced analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and support business growth. We seek a professional with strong technical expertise, a passion for analytics, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Primarily support the Aesthetics Business (Ax) with support and collaboration for other Business Units as needed.
- Analyze market and competitor performance metrics, including market evaluations for pre-launch and launch planning.
- Prepare sales reports from various data sources on sales, brand preference, market share, etc., for our Ax brands and portfolio.
- Identify market trends by class and products in our Ax therapy areas.
- Support ad hoc reporting to assess the ROI of commercial programs.
- Prepare performance reports to track ROI and provide insights into brand and market performance based on data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial teams in evaluating and report on sales effectiveness processes and performance, in collaboration with our SFE Specialist.
- Assist SFE Specialist including targeting and segmentation, CRM call analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct CRM analysis to assess execution and customer responsiveness to programs and messaging.
- Conduct company, market, product, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Support the Monthly Business Planning cycle – work with commercial and finance preparing presentation decks.
- Weekly sales analysis and projections – working closely Sales Leadership and Finance.
- Analytics to support Sales Force optimization as required.
- Collaborate with SFE Specialist on Ax Monthly Leaderboard– working closely with the Head of Sales.
- Support data requirements for Marketing Managers – ad hoc / monthly, such as data requirements for assessing promotional effectiveness and account analytics.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient with Outlook and MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) would be ideal.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Preferred understanding of the medical aesthetics market and customer segmentation.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong project management skills required.
- Demonstrable the ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
