Job Summary As the Project Management Specialist, you will partner with the Management & Engineering teams on various projects throughout the facility related machinery, buildings, processes & other projects as assigned. This role will be a direct connection between our internal maintenance teams and external contractors. You will report directly to the Senior Engineer. Position Responsibilities Work directly with the Senior Engineer to shape and control assigned aspects of projects such as schedules, budgets, productivity, quality and directing the complete technical operations of the project. Direct the technical operations of high complexity projects ($1MM+) External interaction will include, however, not limited to, equipment vendors, construction contractors, engineering services contractors, and local / state / federal government agencies. Promote safety throughout the entire site for internal and external employees, contractors, customers & adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and standards. Supervise the completion of work through review of reports, frequent site inspections and conferences with operations and vendors regarding electrical & plumbing equipment, HVAC systems, electric motors, ventilating fans, air conditioning and electrical control units. Establish criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and contractors. Train, motivate and direct employees to adhere to safe work methods and standard procedures to ensure efficient utilization of employees. Conduct projects close out evaluation. Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or Certified Journeyman preferred. Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in food plant maintenance. Broad experience in project management and facilities maintenance with demonstrated ability to manage projects and personnel. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Background in managing construction processes, trade practices, standards, building codes & regulations. Technology skills including Microsoft office package, SAP or equivalent and CAD. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with superb time management and project scheduling skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Compensation: Pay Range:$61,000-$90,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
