Job Summary

In accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required. Please note that artificial intelligence tools are utilized in the applicant screening process.

This is a posting for an existing job vacancy.

Pay range is $56,000 to $60,000

Now, if you were to come on board as ourBilingual Banking Analyst we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Solve complex, multi-ledger reconciliation of credit card transactions.

- Lead and resolve investigations for variances in reported Bank/Sales balances.

- Liaise with preferred and secondary banks for reporting, analysis, and investigation.

- Work with Accounting and Operations stakeholders to reconcile and clear balances.

- Perform other duties and projects as required.

- Strong communication (verbal & written) in both English and French

- Minimum three years of experience with a computerized accounting environment (JD Edwards or other Oracle experience preferred) in a complex fast paced organization.

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills.

- Able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

- Capacity to balance team and individual responsibilities.

- Work overtime as required to meet deadlines.
