Working very closely with internal departments, with an emphasis on Centre of Excellence, Merchandising and Operations.**Role Responsibilities:*** Facilitates national customer onboarding by coordinating a range of administrative and support activities.* Generates and manages various reports to support the National Sales Department’s operational needs.* Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.* Develops and distributes reports and data insights to assist sales management in decision-making.* Supports the maintenance, tracking, and administration of contracts.* Partners with internal departments to coordinate promotional initiatives and limited time offers in alignment with national demand planning efforts.* Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor.* Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements :*** 3+ years of related or equivalent experience.* Food service distribution experience an asset.* High School Diploma or equivalent.* Post-secondary education preferred.* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel) and other sales and/or industry specific programs.-----**Sommaire du poste :**Aide l’équipe nationale des ventes en soutenant l’intégration des clients nationaux, la planification des promotions etla production de rapports.
