Furnaceguys requires energetic, motivated and career-minded HVAC Lead Installers & Service Technicians to be responsible for performing onsite installation and service to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment.

What will you do:

As aFurnaceguys HVAC Technician, you will become masters of your trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

- Ensure customers' heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
- Follow all Energy Star installation and service processes and procedures.
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options.
- Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
- Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
- Promote products and services on every call.
- Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
- Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customer's home.
- Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.

Education/Experience/Skills

- A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC Installation or Service experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters including tankless heaters.
- Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
- Must have a Gas Technician license.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements.
