At Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning, we have always valued our employees as our most important resource.Out team is dynamic and enthusiastic, and we know you will enjoy working and growing with usFurnaceguys requires energetic, motivated and career-minded HVAC Lead Installers & Service Technicians to be responsible for performing onsite installation and service to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment.What Will You DoAs a Furnaceguys HVAC Technician become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.Follow all Energy Star installation and service processes and procedures.Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC optionsComplete general and specific HVAC equipment inspectionsMaintain a clean, fully stocked vehicleExplain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.Promote products and services on every call.Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers homeFeel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.Education/Experience/SkillsA minimum of 3 years recent HVAC Installation or Service experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heatersMust have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.Must have a Gas Technician licenseValid Driver's License with a clean recordComfortable working from heights and using a ladderAn accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elementsStrong customer service skillsBenefitsAt Furnaceguys we expect a lot from our technicians.
