Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need aSenior Google Media Buyerto help scale social advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable e-commerce revenue or business leads.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have an ability to find efficient growth via Google Adwords & Bing Ads
- Thrive in building, maintaining, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
- have an experimental and methodological approach
- Have a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving
- 3 Years of experience with Google Ads, preferably above $50,000 ad spend per month.
- Fluency in written English
- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
- Moderate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, graphs, etc.)
- Demonstrable success in improving account performance in Google Adwords or Bing Ads advertising, and a desire to champion both. A similar online ad experience will be considered as well
- An ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization
- A deep understanding of Google Products - Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, YouTube
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Build and launch PPC Campaigns
- Create weekly and monthly reports
- Call shots on new strategies, based on data and testing
- Launch and monitor PPC tests
- Work with other departments (e.g. business development, creative, etc.) to ensure strategy alignment and maintain brand identity
- Do weekly PPC tasks, such as negative keyword mining, bid adjustments, and writing ads
- Proactively monitor performance and budgets, making sure that we are in the right range
- Perform Google Analytics analysis

COMPENSATION
$50,000 to $65,000 CAD annually (base salary) + performance incentives
