Our model is built on Alignment and Transparency, delivering huge results for our clients.We are a team of 180+ members across Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, and we are seeking a Senior Meta Media Buyer with a seasoned history of buying ads across a large portfolio of clients.Requirements3+ years of experience using/building tools and AI applicationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (optional)Advanced certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Blueprint, advanced analytics certifications) are a plusExtensive experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, etcProven track record of success in managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaignsExtensive experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, programmatic platforms)Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong understanding of attribution modeling and campaign measurementExperience with A/B testing and campaign experimentationExpertise in budget management and forecastingExperience with advanced reporting and presenting data to stakeholdersExperience with training and mentoring junior team membersEssential QualitiesUses AI to enhance effectivenessStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResults-driven and data-oriented mindsetAbility to adapt to rapidly changing digital marketing landscapesAbility to see the big picture and align media buying strategy to larger business goalsStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologiesProactive and problem-solving attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentThe Day-to-DayAchieve/exceed target KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA) across all managed campaignsBuild, optimize, and manage campaigns and budgets to maximize performance within defined spending limitsSupport the implementation of new tools and processes to improve output and allow buyers to take on more accounts efficientlyMaster Meta media buying platforms and identify innovative strategies to enhance campaign performanceProvide accurate campaign analysis, translating data from campaigns, website, and funnels into actionable optimization stepsSupport and develop processes and tools to increase department efficiencyCommunicate clearly with clients or internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategyEnsure all media buying activities adhere to platform and agency policies and industry regulationsAbout the PositionThe Senior Meta Media Buyer supports targeted advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta properties, driving growth and efficiency within the Meta department.You will contribute to client goals by implementing campaign strategies, optimizing ad performance, applying new tools, and driving measurable results on Pilothouse’s largest clients.This role provides hands-on support to translate strategic plans into platform-specific actions at a high level.About PilothouseWe are focused on building a team of hustlers passionate about the Direct-To-Consumer space who are eager to learn and grow.
