Job Description:

This is a high-impact Controller role reporting directly to the CFO, ideal for someone with deep experience in European financial operations, especially within German business units and CPA designated.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for European entities

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS

- Collaborate with local finance teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting

- Provide insights and analysis to the CFO on financial performance and variances

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Germany, Denmark, and the UK

- Utilize SAP and, ideally, Datev for financial consolidation and reporting

- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

Job Requirements:

- CPA or equivalent designation

- Proven senior-level controllership experience

- Hands-on support of European entities (Germany preferred)

- Familiarity with Datev (German reporting tool) – strong asset

- SAP expertise
