By using clever tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels and EV chargers, we’re making it cheaper and easier for our customers to reduce their carbon-footprint.**Digital Product Manager – Credit Energy**Flexible UK Locations with FlexFirst hybrid working **Overview**We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to design world-class user experiences across our digital products in British Gas, ensuring they meet commercial goals and customer needs.**About the role**Key accountabilities include:* Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Credit Energy across Core and Partner products.* Own and manage product backlogs, prioritising features and guiding delivery squads.* Drive development of seamless digital journeys and end-to-end customer experiences.* Collaborate with designers, engineers, analysts, and commercial teams.* Gather and act on customer and partner feedback to improve NPS.* Monitor product performance, manage improvements and bug fixes.* Stay informed on market trends and share best practice. **What we’re looking for****Essential*** Experience in Digital Product Management, including backlog management, user stories, requirements, and agile delivery.* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and technology teams.* Data-driven decision-making with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication – able to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.* Solid technical understanding of web and mobile development.**Desirable*** Experience in energy or eco-tech, large organisations, and Salesforce.# We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
