About the Role: We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Design SME to lead our design strategy, create groundbreaking user interfaces, and drive innovation in AI-powered platforms. You will transform complex technological solutions into intuitive, engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end UX design process for VosynVerse and emerging platforms
- Create comprehensive user research, personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
- Drive strategic design vision aligned with business objectives
- Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
- Mentor design teams and foster a culture of innovation
- Design interfaces for cutting-edge technologies including AV/VR and smart platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless user-centric solutions

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 8+ years of advanced UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proven track record leading complex design projects
- Strong user research and testing methodologies
- Exceptional interface design and visualization skills
- Demonstrated leadership in design team management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in AI-driven platform design
- Background in emerging technology interfaces
- Published design research or thought leadership
- Advanced certifications in UX design
- International design project experience
