Position Summary
Manages all activities in the billing and Payroll function. Role involves overseeing the creation and delivery of invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with pricing agreements and regulations. Additionally, role plays a vital part in analyzing billing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve billing efficiency and revenue collection. This role also ensures gross payroll is processed timely and accurately according to defined payroll rates and schedules.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
What you will do
- Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
- Ensures current billing practices comply with governmental rules and regulations.
- Manages the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and errors.
- Assist with Credit and Collections.
- Manage Revenue and Expense accruals.
- Manage a team of employees engaged with billing and payroll activities.
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years in a related position.
- College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification.
- Supervisory experience.
