Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Project Leads to understand business requirements.
  • Guide project/program management roles for projects or programs, defining schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource allocation management.
  • Evaluate project management life-cycles by implementing suitable principles such as PDLC, PMBoK, SDLC, etc.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders using best practice methods and tools.
  • Own the creation and communication of a project plan, identifying key milestones and deliverables, criticality, downstream impact, and alternative/mitigating actions.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, on-time and in-budget, by monitoring project progress and escalating when required to mitigate risks.
  • Manage project scope and changes, providing timely and concise communications regarding project status and pending issues.
  • Monitor project deliverables and escalate when required to mitigate risks. Manage project action status/tracker according to prescribed timelines.
