Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily operations on construction sites in London.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Manage and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
- Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent should have:
- 10+ years of proven experience in construction site management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, practices, and safety regulations.
- Mid to High-Rise Residential Construction experience,
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
