Team & Role SummaryThe TDS CRM Technology team is responsible for delivering and supporting the strategic CRM platforms and client intelligence capabilities used across Research and Capital Markets.
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the evolution of our strategic CRM platform and related applications. This role will focus on building and enhancing business-critical CRM capabilities, integrating enterprise data sources, modernizing application architecture, and delivering AI-enabled features that improve productivity and user experience.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, React, and SQL, along with experience building scalable enterprise applications, data integrations, and modern AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support enterprise CRM applications using Python, Java, React, and SQL to deliver scalable and reliable business capabilities.
Build modern full-stack solutions and APIs that integrate CRM platforms with internal systems, data platforms, and third-party applications.
Lead the modernization of CRM architecture, reducing technical debt while improving scalability, maintainability, and system performance.
Develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities including intelligent search, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
Design and optimize SQL databases and data models to support CRM operations, analytics, reporting, and client intelligence use cases.
Integrate and onboard strategic CRM datasets into centralized enterprise data platforms, enabling trusted and governed access to business data.
Develop data services and pipelines leveraging Databricks, Spark, and cloud technologies to support operational and analytical workloads.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver business value through technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship through architecture reviews, code reviews, engineering standards, and guidance for development teams and vendor resources.
Support application stability, risk reduction, and production operations, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications / Experience7+ years of software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, React, and SQL with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions.
Experience designing and developing scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices.
Strong experience with modern backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and RESTful service development.
Experience developing responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Advanced database development skills, including SQL optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Experience integrating applications with internal and external systems through APIs and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of Azure cloud services and modern cloud-native application architectures.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, source control, and DevOps processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
