What we’re seeking

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager ready to step into a Head of Product role to join our growing team at Alternative Payments. You'll be instrumental in building organizational structure and driving execution excellence across our payments platform — helping us scale from a small product team to a systematic product delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance high-level strategic planning with direct project ownership. You'll be involved throughout the product lifecycle, establishing product processes, mentoring our PM team, and working closely with engineering and design to deliver features that solve real customer problems in the IT services and accounts receivable automation space.

This is a hybrid position based in Toronto (Monday to Wednesday in-office, Thursday and Friday remote).
