About Salesforce

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you've come to the right place.

Are you passionate about planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs tailored to diverse collaborators? Do you excel at recommending learning interventions based on partner needs? If so, we're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support training delivery within our organization.

In this role, you will help ensure that the GSX Enablement and Change programs are delivered seamlessly and are of the highest quality to support our learning operations. You will play a key role in evaluating customer needs, designing and recommending learning solutions, and supporting the execution of best-in-class enablement programs. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to take charge of intakes, assessments, and projects, which include defining learning objectives, creating scope, developing plans, managing resources, and guiding the execution process.

Responsibilities:

- Support the L2O domain for the Global Seller Experience, Tooling, and Operators workstream by assisting in the execution of enablement strategies and objectives for the Global Seller organization in close collaboration with Q2C.

- Work alongside enablement partners across Revenue Operations, BT, Global Enablement, Change Management, and other business collaborators to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of program initiatives.

- Contribute to the creation of enablement management strategies and plans to support successful transitions, including partner engagement, communications, and role-based training activities.

- Help draft and deploy targeted messaging and training materials to build awareness, knowledge, and skills with key team members.

- Support the end-to-end change management process, applying project management skills to track progress and identify potential risks/issues for customer concern.

- Work closely with the Change Management team to assist in identifying and addressing any issues during the product lifecycle.

- Collaborate with project teams and senior executives to provide regular updates and ensure alignment on initiatives.

- Assist in the creation of executive presentations, enablement materials, and status reports for internal and external partners.

- Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Onboarding teams to support training programs that enhance understanding of deal lifecycles (including Train the Trainer, JIT, and true-up training).

- Collect and analyze Sales feedback through cases, surveys, and regular training needs assessments to continuously improve enablement offerings.

- Support the development and implementation of strategies that provide employees with the resources and knowledge they need through various learning formats (e.g., podcasts, how-to videos).

- Assist in identifying gaps in the Seller experience and contribute ideas to build effective enablement programs.

- Maintain strong relationships with all impacted operational roles, including TOPS, Data Quality, SOPs, C&C, and others, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of the enablement initiatives.

Here's what we are seeking:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, including but not limited to Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Change Management (preferred) or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting the implementation of training or change management strategies (For Senior Analyst, this could be 5+ years; Analyst level would be 3+).

- Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning standard methodologies.

- Experience supporting or assisting in enterprise-wide initiatives related to training or organizational change, with a focus on learning and enablement.

- Project support experience in managing cross-functional teams for training and enablement projects, with a focus on coordination and execution, rather than leadership.

- Experience working with global teams—ideally in tech, consulting, or similar industries, with an understanding of sales enablement or training for diverse, multi-functional teams.

- Exposure to creating and delivering training materials for audiences of varying sizes—from small groups to large audiences, with a focus on scalable delivery methods.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/Cloud computing experience — knowledge of sales operations/quote-to-cash (a plus)

- Experience with informal learning, blended learning, reinforcement programs

- Proficiency in enablement program / change management

- Exceptional consulting and communication skills including an engaging presentation style, strong group facilitation skills, change management, and clear and precise writing
