Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst Expertise, for one of our key government clients. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a key role in designing technology solutions that align with business objectives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, evaluate options, and design system enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, and scalability.

Candidate MUST have the following:

- 8+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred);
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum credentials are a plus;
- Experience with modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) or wireframing/prototyping tools;
- Proven experience in business systems analysis with a strong focus on solution design;
- Understanding of enterprise applications and integration patterns;
- Ability to translate complex business needs into precise, actionable design specifications;
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both business and technical stakeholder teams;
- Familiarity with Agile and iterative design practices; and
- Power Platform experience is a plus.

Candidate’s responsibilities will be but are not limited to following:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements;
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities;
- Create detailed solution designs, including workflows, use cases, and system specifications;
- Partner with architects and development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with enterprise standards;
- Support solution validation through design walkthroughs and documentation reviews;
- Maintain and organize architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical artifacts in an enterprise architecture repository; and
- Administer the enterprise architecture repository.
