Contracts Manager – £90,000 Plus Package – North London

A Contracts Manager is urgently required to work for a highly profitable top 10 house builder in North London whose profits turnover is expected to be over half a billion by 2020. You will be required to work on 3 schemes with values ranging between £5m – £15m.

The responsibilities of this role include ensuring the effective management of multiple projects and making sure all project requirements are met with the company and regional objectives. You will also be managing contractors to ensure that safety, time, budget, and quality targets are met.

Ideal Candidate

- Degree qualified or possess a relevant construction qualification.
- Experience working on large residential schemes.
- Experience managing all site staff, including subcontractors.
- Experience in seeing projects through from inception to completion.
- Health and safety certificate required.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS certificate.
