We recognize and value each employee's contributions to our success, which is why we offer competitive compensation, 100% company paid health benefits, employer-matched pension plan, continuing education, and career advancement opportunities within our credit union.**At Access Credit Union, our values are straightforward:*** Do good* Be better* Own it* Move forwardThe Retail Loan Administrator Summer Student provides a high standard of administrative support to the retail loan administration teams, including preparing and processing documentation, various reporting and reconciliation, follow up and internal controls.**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities*** Prepare general correspondence, security and mortgagedischargedocumentation, primary orders andprovidesnecessary supportfor lendingfunctions.* Process mortgage renewals.* Process life and disability insurance payments.* Maintain and monitor Personal Property Renewalsandlandtitlesofficeasrequired.* Prepare and co-ordinate all outgoing and incoming correspondence and packages.* Balance various accounts as applicable.* Monitor and follow-uponfire insurance policies.* Process and file all paid out loan files.* Process all required reports and documentation efficiently and accurately ensuring deadlines are met.* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizationaland departmentobjectives.* Maintain open communication and cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly and efficient work environment.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union lending procedures and policies.* Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to credit union policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention.This list is not inclusive and other tasks and/or responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.* Grade 12 diploma or equivalent* Must be enrolled in post-secondary education.
