Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, fostering lasting relationships, and driving overall sales growth. The position is permanent with full-time hours. Responsibilities:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including website, social media, and outreach via phone calls.
- Target and acquire potential customers to expand our market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs, introduce products, provide effective solutions, and provide accurate price quotations.
- Negotiate terms with customers to ensure successful order fulfillment.
- Oversee and follow up on the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, fostering connections and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies to drive overall growth.

Qualifications:

- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.
- The comprehension of the electrical industry is recognized as a key asset.
- Strong collaborative spirit, capable of working in a team-oriented environment.

Note:

This role offers a competitive salary with performance-based commissions.

Pay:

- From $60,000 per year
